H-type (square) finned tube and Twin H finned tubes

The H finned tube developed by our company is the latest heat transfer element in the world.

The H finned tube has the advantages of compact structure and high heat transfer efficiency. For the coal-fired boiler, the H finned tube also has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and ash reduction.

The H finned tube has a very broad development prospect for coal-fired boilers.

H-type (square) finned tube (finned tube) specifications: 32*4 32*5 38*4 38*5 42*5 48*5 51*5 51*6, etc., we can produce pipe diameters: 25~65, wall thickness greater than 3 mm;

H type (square) finned tube (finned tube) material: carbon steel, stainless steel, ND steel, alloy steel and so on.

The twin H finned tubes are being manufactured by our company.

H Finned Tube

H-type fin tube, also known as H-type fin tube, H-type fin tube, also known as butterfly tube, it is two pieces of steel with arc in the middle symmetrically welded together with the smooth tube to form fins (fins or butterflies), the front shape is quite like the capital letter "H", so it is called H-type fin tube (H-type fin tube).

The two fins of the H finned tube are rectangular, approximately square, with a length of about 2 times that of the light tube. It is an extended heating surface. Flash resistance welding technology is used for H-type finned tube. The weld fusion rate is high, the tensile strength of weld is high, and the heat conductivity is good. H-type finned tube can also be made into double-tube "double-h" type finned tube. Its structure is rigid and can be used in the case of long tube row.

Spiral fin tube is an efficient heat transfer element. Its heat transfer area is several to several dozen times as large as that of light tube, which can enhance heat transfer, reduce flow resistance and metal consumption, thus improving the economy and operational reliability of heat exchange equipment. At present, spiral finned tubes have been widely used in various boilers.

Specification for spiral finned tube (fin tube): Phi 16~ 106, wall thickness greater than 2mm;

Spiral finned tube (finned tube) material: carbon steel, stainless steel, ND steel, alloy steel and so on.
